Hello to all my friends and fans from the land of the lost!

I know I haven't been around in quite some time and I apologise. Life is busy and it is more and more difficult to arrange for good photo shoots with all the anti smoking legislation here in Washington state!

That said, I DO have lots of things to report!

First off - New photo and video sets!
I have some new pictures that I am editing and preparing to upload to the Smokey Kisses Website within the next couple of days.

Eight new very extreme sets will be posted in the Members Only adult section, featuring the hard core smoke slut, FireSeeker, and two of my lovely lady friends, in addition to myself.

I'll post a few shots from those sets in the regular gallery, just to give you a little peek, but most of them are too extreme for casual viewing!

I'll also be uploading a mini set that consists of stills taken from a recent smoke on cam, for those of you who missed the live feed.

I've found a couple of old filterless cigarette videos as well, which I had forgotten about, and those are going up too.

New Site Features and repairs!
I'm working on revamping the inner workings of the site a bit, including a new contact page , remodelled Members Only section, and fixing lots of outdated code, so if you run across broken links or other strange glitches, please be sure to let me know, and be patient while I work out the bugs. I have recovered the missing videos from the main gallery, and those are already back up and ready to view.

Ideas
I may have mentioned this sometime in the past, but I've been thinking again about auctioning off some of my personal garments. Each item would come with photos of me wearing it as well, of course, so you will know they are the real deal, and not just some random clothing items. I'm not positive exactly how I will work the auctioning, or if I will just list a flat amount for each item yet. I'm definitely open to suggestions!

New Cigars!
I arrived at my "second home" today to find a Royal Mail package, containing, not just "a few", as he said he was sending, but ten cigars and a very nice letter from one of my favourite gentlemen, Cibarboy, showing that he is, indeed, a truly devoted fan! There will definitely be a couple of photo sets dedicated to him going up in the not too distant future, and when they do, you will have him to thank for it!

Padron Series - either a 2000 or a Delicias - The sizes are nearly identical and I'm not positive which it is without actually measuring.

Alec Bradley Black Market - which happens to be one I have been especially wanting to try for a while now!

I've read the reviews and/or descriptions on all of them, and am greatly looking forward to trying them all! Several of them smell so divine that it's hard to resist lighting them up right now, but I know they will be better after a nice rest from their long journey across the pond.

Review - Joya de Havana - Robusto - 2011.01.17

This is another stick made by Cuban Stock, formerly known as Crown David.

Well constructed. Dark, shiny, smooth wrapper - almost velvety in appearance. Delicately veined.
Very complex aroma, even before lighting.. earthy, dark, and something almost floral. The best way I was able to describe the scent at the time was with the remark, "It's kind of like composting flowers, but in a good way" I still can;t come up with anything better.

Light & cut method used.
Even, very easy light.

First puff was extremely smooth and subtle. It quickly grew bolder though, with quite the collection of strange flavours. Not bad.. Not at all! Just very different and difficult to describe.
Definitely the floral hints noted in the pre light smelling, and something like very strongly brewed black tea.
A bit of pepper - mostly felt at the back of the tongue/throat.
There was a mellow, earthy flavour that I couldn't quite place...

Very solid and well formed ash, unshakable at 2" and the veining clearly visible in the ash. Very light grey colour.

Still couldn't place that one flavour at halfway down - It seemed alkaline, and like it would be unpleasant if tasted alone or out of context, but in this cigar, was very good.

Great taste down to 2". Max ash 2.5".

Good smoke. I'll have to try another to decide if I want more of them.

Even burn throughout - NO unravelling or runs AT ALL - No tobacco bits in my mouth (yay!).
The construction on this baby was good and solid through and through.

Review - Cuban Stock Classic - Robusto - 2011.01.17

I've been meaning to try these out for a couple years now, but never could find them in a sampler or a five pack, and didn't want to buy an entire box, so I was pleased when they were one of the featured smokes at the most recent Tulalip Cigar Meetup this past Monday.

As has been my habit of late, when I remember, I used the "light and cut" method.

A pretty mild smoke to start out with. Nice, even, moderately easy light.

No flavours really stood out, but still a nice enough tasting cigar. Got a bit bolder as I smoked it, with more hints of spice toward the end.

Not a very solid ash - only about 1 inch max.

It did stay lit well, and the flavour was good all the way down to about the last 1.5 inches.

I was a bit disappointed in the filler, as I was constantly ending up having to spit out little pieces of tobacco throughout, and for that I took off a point.

All in all, a decent... Even good smoke, but I probably won't ever be buying a whole box, and will reserve these for a "breakfast cigar".

Review - Alec Bradly Tempus - 08.April.2010

This is the second Alec Bradly I've tried.
Superb construction and beautiful to look at.
Again, used the light & cut method.

HUGE punch for such a small stick!
Same "stealth" factor as with the Prensado, but I was prepared this time.
It didn't want to stay lit, but that could have been due to inattention on my part, as I was caught up in multiple conversations.
Slightly more distinctive flavours in this one than the Prensado... some woody accents and definitely more pepper, but not too much.
Great little smoke and seems like a perfect "go to" stick for when I've little time to devote to a smoke. Probably won't make it to my top 10 list, but that certainly doesn't speak ill of it!
It has to pretty much be 11+/10 to make my top list.
This one gets 8/10

Review -TTT Trinidad, Natural, Robusto - 06.April.2010

Tried the "light, then cut", method, introduced to me by my new smoking friend, Harlan. He was right about it! Great method. I think I'm a convert!
It made for a very mellow start... Even more than usual for this stick.
These are very mild to me, with just a hint of "bite" some of the time.

Fair amount of smoke.
Probably won't buy more of these, but will smoke if on hand.. Or maybe give them away to someone who prefers a milder smoke.
They aren't bad at all, just fairly unremarkable.

This one was only good about halfway down.

Review - Alec Bradly Prensado, Maduro, Box Pressed - 05.April.2010

I was introduced to this gem at the first Tulalip Cigar Meetup I attended, and it is a great smoke!

Beautifully constructed, firm and springy, smooth leaves, smelled great!

Nice light, despite some "lighter issues" that caused an uneven light. It quickly evened itself out without extra help until about 2/3 through, at which point it had some trouble staying lit. I had to relight it twice.

Cap didn't try to fall apart when chomped on, like many seem to, which is nice.

Bold and smooth from the first puff!
Not at all as spicy as I expected, but that was not a detractor.
Interestingly, there seemed to be no distinctive flavours.. or anything that really stood out, which would normally turn me off of a cigar, but it didn't. Truly an expert blend!

This cigar was deceptively strong! It seemed to taste milder as it progressed, but it packed a MAJOR punch! It hit me hard and damn near knocked me on my arse! I was pretty buzzed; That's for sure!

Definitely should have a good meal with plenty of red meat prior to smoking one of these.

Nice, firm, long ash. Medium to dark grey.

I smoked it down just a tad too far and the taste suffered for it. Should have stopped at right about 2", but went a bit past that.

Not my "perfect" cigar, but excellent, nonetheless.

Cigar meetups, photo shoots, new forum, and general musings.

Obviously, the planned photo shoot for January didn't happen. There were no donations whatsoever, so I will have to assume for now that there just isn't as much interest in new shoots as people keep telling me.
Then, there was not even one scheduled for March, cause I broke my back on March 7th and have been recuperating. The healing is coming along, and I have been able to get out a bit, as long as I am very careful, and have also been FINALLY able to start enjoying some good sticks more often as well!
So.. I'm probably going to make a tentative date for an April shoot. Again, dependent on donations.

I have discovered a couple of (kinda) local cigar meetups just recently, and am happy to be able to have a gathering place to smoke and chat and such with people of like mind again. Such has been very difficult to find around Seattle since I-901 passed several years ago. (Washington's "clean indoor air act"). Luckily, Tribal land is exempt from the law, so we still have at least SOME options!
I went to the first meetup at the Tulalip Casino on Monday, April 5th. It was great! Met several really cool people. It's a nice, laid back and friendly crowd. Amazingly, I WASN'T the only woman there!! And at least one of the other couple of women there was obviously a serious cigar smoker, like myself.. not just some groupie, so that was really cool.
Was introduced to a couple new (to me) cigars there from Alec Bradly. VERY impressed!! (Reviews forthcoming in later posts), in addition to coming away with a new Blue Rhino lighter and really nice cutter from Cuban Crafters. Cuban Crafters has a lifetime guarantee too, so if anything ever goes wrong with it, all I have to do is send it back to them and they'll replace it for free! ...Which is awesome. :D

The group meets at the Tulalip Casino on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, and I definitely plan on being there for as many of them as I can!

There is also a cigar night ever Tuesday night at the Snoqualmie Casino's Lit Cigar Lounge, which I have not yet been to, but am looking forward to checking out! It sounds very nice, from everything I have been told by people who have been there.

I might go tomorrow (well, technically, that would be today). We'll see.

Review - Montecristo #2 Torpedo, Natural - 01.April.2010

This smoke is supposedly the "second most sought after non-Cuban cigar in the world", and "a full bodied cigar" so, naturally, I had high hopes.

It was difficult to get a good light, but, once lit, burned nicely and evenly.

It started out extremely mild... FAR more than the description let on. It did get better by almost midway through, but then quickly became arid and harsh to my tastes.

Thick, abundant smoke.
Firm, light grey ash.
"Good" (as in, maintained its taste without getting nasty - quotes cause I didn't like the taste to begin with) down to just under 2".

These are probably fine for those who like a milder cigar with a bit of a "punch", but not for me.
All in all, a big disappointment, especially after all the hype.

Review - Oliva Serie V, Ligero Especial - 27.March.2010

Perfect construction!
Very rich and full bodied from the very start.
Creamy, smooth, strong and velvety taste and abundant white, lovely smelling smoke.
Firm, light grey ash.
This stick got progressively stronger as I smoked, without ever becoming harsh.
Deeper, more complex coffee, chocolate and sweet undertones became more apparent about midway through and continued to finish.

Will DEFINITELY buy again!

January Photo Shoot

The shoot is planned to take place in a room with a lovely sunken tub, in a black marble and mirror enclosure.

Expect lots of smoke, steam and bubbles!

The deadline for the minimum donation of $100 to be collected in order for this to happen is January 22nd.
The deadline for additional days is 11:59pm, Pacific time (GMT-8), the night before, to allow for notifying hotel staff, while still giving an opportunity for viewers to decide they wish anther day of photos and videos.

Launch of new photo/video shoot program!

As promised, here are the details of the new plan.

Every month, I will schedule a 1 or more day shoot. Whether it happens or not, and how many photo/video sets there are will depend on my supporters.

Near the beginning of every month, I will post the date of the scheduled shoot, along with some information on the location and theme/setting.

When the donations for that month reach $100, the shoot will be confirmed and the reservation made.
All donators for that month will be invited to a special, VIP smoking video chat with me and will be able to watch live, streaming video as I smoke for you. It will be the next best thing to being there while the photos and videos are shot!

For every additional $100, another day will be added to the shooting, along with another photo set, video, live stream and video chat.

YOU get to help decide on settings, themes, etc.
I will be taking suggestions and requests for those, along with locations and other things.
If there are multiple location/theme requests in a month, the highest donor decides.

So get creative!! Research Western Washington locations that you would like to see shoots done! If it is something that will require more funds than the standard, kick in some extra to make it possible.
Is there a special outfit you want to see me in? Send it to me (or donate the proper amount and direct me to where I can get it) Same with props, backdrops, and anything else you can think of.

Hello all my friends out there!

It has been a long time since I have posted here, but I mean to bring these long silences to an end!
One of my goals for the new year is to post at least one new photo shoot every month for you all. I will need some help in doing it, but hopefully, we can work together to make it happen!

Some great news is that I now have a laptop computer AND I just was given a Handycam for Yule! This means that I can not only film videos , in addition to the regular photos, but I can also have live, smoking, video chats whenever I can be someplace with internet where I can smoke!

As most of you know, since I901 passed in 2005, smoking has been banned inside public places in Washington state. This means that photo shoots are a lot more challenging, especially in the winter months. One solution that has worked very well for this is hotels! Most hotels retain a few smoking rooms and also have wifi for guests, so they make a great option for smoking photo shoots any time of year! And, since it is private space, there are no limits on nudity or anything else.

Of course, hotels cost money, but with a little help from all of you, this should be no problem at all!
So.. Here's the plan.

Where, Oh where have I been!?

Hello my friends,

I know it seems like I have vanished from the face of the Earth, but I have just been very busy with life and its ups and downs.

I have had some very trying times lately and have had to deal with lots of things.. Some serious issues with my daughter, the death of my grandfather and personal health concerns among them. I have finally been able to get back to work and will soon be able to get back to enjoying the finer things in life more as well. I have recently smoked some very good cigars, but was unfortunately unable to catch the experiences on camera, since I was out and about without a camera handy.

The last few cigars I have smoked recently were:

Onyx Reserve Mini Belicoso
Romeo y Julieta 1875 Belicoso (given to me by a very handsome friend)
Ashton 898
La Gloria Cubana Wavell
La Vieja Habana

I didn't enjoy the Ashton 898 nearly as much as I thought I would based on the reviews I had read. I'm kind of disappointed, actually. I bought 2 of them, so I'll leave the other one in my humidor for a few months and see if it improves.

The Wavell also wasn't quite the experienced I had hoped for, but it was still quite good. A once in a while smoke for me.

The Romeo y Julieta 1875 was excellent! I will definitely be wanting more of those.

The Onyx was, as usual, a super bold and spicy treat. I hadn't had one in a couple years and I had forgotten just how spicy they are! They aren't for the faint of heart (or taste buds) but I love them!

I've had several of the La Vieja Habanas already and they are a great little smoke at an even better price! They are also spicy and somewhat strong.

All in all, At least the smokes in my life recently have been good.
Lets hope for all other things to soon follow their example!

I know updates have been few and far between recently and I apologize! First, it was winter and too cold to smoke much outside with the smoking ban here in Washington, then when I finally had a bunch of pictures and stuff to add, the phone company made a series of extreme screwups with my DSL access, resulting in my being offline more than on the last month or so! But I have been busy working on editing (cropping, filtering out the not so great shots, resizing, rotating, etc) TONS of photos and making lots of updates to the site while I was without internet access, so not that I'm back online, there are several new sets up for you to enjoy, along with a couple of new opportunities for you.

It's Saturday Night!!

Hiya there everyone! Well, it's actually early sunday morning and I'm writing from the cafe in the hotel. I've been smoking some great cigars in my room, and of COURSE getting plenty of pictures fo you all!! I just got out of the hot tub, wishing I had been able to smoke a nice stoagie in there, as I have in years past. I really hate this damn new law!! Oh well though.. At least I can smoke in my room.

Some Pictures I couldn't find + news

Greetings to all my friends and fans!
I know I haven't been posting many updates lately :(
That is because it has been very difficult to get pictures or even get a chance to enjoy a nice cigar during the colder months since they passed a new law here in Washington that prohibits smoking at all in ANY indoor public place! One of the only exceptions is that hotels are still allowed to have a small percentage of smoking sooms, so that is one option.

Here are a few pictures I got right around X-mas that I misplaced until recently. There aren't many of them cause it was so cold I had to go inside before I even got to finish the cigar, but I will be putting all that there are up in the gallery really soon.

I will be going to a convention over Easter weekend and will be at the hotel for 4 days, so that will be time to enjoy a few smokes and to get lots of great pictures! I plan on doing some themed photo shoots for Valentines day, St Patricks day and Easter along with whatever candid shots or ideas I get. So, basically, there will be several updates to the galleries all at once shortly after Easter weekend. I hope you will all enjoy them!

Hi ya'll just a note to let you know that I FINALLY finished with the updates to the adult galleries, including the forced smoking pics and a bunch of others too.

In other news, Washington state recently passed the strictest smoking ban in the USA, so finding places to smoke has become especially difficult. Basically, if I want to smoke indoors, I have to get a hotel room, pretty much. So, that makes getting new pictures hard in the colder/ranier months, but I will do what I can! Donations will go a long way toward more photo shoots during the winter months.

I think I have somethign in the works for being able to afford a room one day this month or next month, but I'm not sure. I'll keep you all posted!

Just an update on things

As many of you already know, I have suffered a great setback as a result of Paypal closing down my account with them because they have deemed SmokeyKisses.com to be a website that is "patently obscene". Most of my energies have been spent in trying to find alternate payment sites to place on my various websites' order pages.
For any of you who do not know, I run several other websites, a couple of which are for-profit ventures, so this paypal thing has affected far more than the donation page on SmokeyKisses.com !
I would ask that if any are aware of sites that are similar to Paypal in the services they offer, please let me know right away! I am already looking into Gottapay and YowCow and have confirmed that I will not be able to use Paystone or PPPay because of their rules regarding what they consider "obscene" being the same as that of Paypal.
I will continue to keep you all updated and please know that, though this issue is pressing, I have not forgotten my fans and I promise that SmokeyKisses.com will continue to serve the Cigar smoking and fetish community!

Just writing to let you know that I have added some of the newer pics to the adult cigar gallery. Also, I guess some of the links for the full size Martinez 85 adult pictures were broken and I fixed those too. I am going to be working all morning on updating the adult section, including adding over 100 adult pics from the rope bondage set! Lots will be in both the cigar adult gallery and the "all tied up" adult gallery! Also have some thoughts, rants and ideas that I will post here sometime later, but for now I have a ton of pictures to edit!

Just in time for the holidays and the new year, the Smokey Kisses 2006 wall calendar is finished and ready to go!
There is a different cigar picture for every month of the year, and if sales of this year's calendar go well, I will be working on a much better one for 2007. I have fixed the glitch in the donation button on my site, so it works right now. Thank you to those who alerted me to the problem!

Also, I have gotten the proofs for the pictures I mentioned in my last blog entry. There were a lot less than I expected, but I have emailed the photographer to see if that was a mistake. So as soon as I hear back from him, I'll post an update.

I just wanted to share with you an email that I just got from the famous professional erotic writer and photographer, David Steinberg, who took LOTS of sexy photos of me during my vacation this Labor Day week.
"Hi Khaos,
I've finally gotten to go through the photos of you from Wet Spot in Paradise, and am putting the proofs in the mail to you tomorrow. Sorry it's taken so long. I got swamped with several different projects when I got back from traveling, and am just now catching up."
I actually have NO idea how many he took, but I know it is a LOT. They are additional photos for set # 20, where I am in the black lace camisole and panties smoking a Camacho.
I wil be sure to let you all know when the pictures arrive and I'll post some of them here in addition to getting right to work on putting them up in the gallery!

Well, I think I may have mentioned that the pictures I posted with the ropes and forced smoking were only the proofs... I got to work tonight/this morning and found a CDR in my box with the finished product. I just finished looking them over and I MUST say that John Jacobs, the photographer, has REALLY outdone himself this time! I can't post any of the pics right now cause they are too big to upload and the computer here doesn't have any photo editing program on it worth a damn, but I will be SURE to get my galleries updated with these new pics SOON!!! Usually I don't update the site until I have finished getting a set up, but this time, since there are so very many, I think I might go ahead and update it periodically as I go. So don't be surprised to find some links not quite working right as you browse them. I'll flag the gallery as unfinished until it's all done. I can't WAIT to show you all these great photos! Of course, most of them will end up in the adult section, but don't worry, there are still plenty for the regular gallery!!

I know I've been absent a lot lately, but I haven't disappeared!! I recently was selected as a new team leader st the Wetspot and I have been insanely busy with my new duties! I haven't forgotten about you though! I am working on editing pictures today from another of the photo shoots from Paradise, and also one from several days ago. I finally got an entire photo session when I am in drag, so those of you who like to see me crossdressed, this is for you. Heya all,
I just wanted to say that I haven't forgotten about you all but things have been busier than imaginable!! I've still been enjoying a cigar as often as I can, but haven't had a chance to get any pictures since my trip. And I'm still waiting to get the pictures back from both the photographers who took pics of me there. In the meantime, I'm gonna try to do a photo session tomorrow sometime with one of the extra large casa Blanca Jeroboams that were a great gift from Marsh "Down Under" in Australia! I have been wanting to try some of these for the longest time, so a big *thank you* and smokey hug and kiss to you Marsh!!!!

Back from Paradise!

Hello all!
Well, I spent 10 days out in the woods at Paradise (AKA The Longhouse) in Redmond, Washington and had a BLAST!! I'm one of the volunteers, so I always end up spending an extra couple days out there. I had time to smoke several good cigars and got pictures of I think 3 or 4 of them. The pictures from my camera, I'll be putting up as soon as I can, whitch is to say as soon as I've gotten aught up with some other things with work and all. There are also 300 or so professional photos that were taken by a couple different photographers, Local photographer, John Jacobs and the nationally renowned erotic photographer, David Steinberg. the ones from John, I should have in a week or so. The ones from David will take several weeks as he is on tour promoting his latest book and conducting some workshops here in the Northwest. Some of the photos will be available on his website.. (Link to come when I get it from him again or find where I put the darn card!) Along with some of the same sort of shots you're used to (except they're out in the woods), there are some that include rope bondage and some forced smoking shots. I never did the forced smoking thing myself before.. It was quite a rush! Anyway, I have to get to sleep cause I have a pow wow to go to in the morning, but here are a few pics from the trip to give you a peek. Enjoy!

Martinez 85

Smokey greetings,
Well, I finally got to smoke that Martinez 85 that Steph sent me. WOW! I wasn't sure if it would be any good, because I was afraid they may be marketing them more as a novelty item, but I was very pleasantly surprised! It was a nice, smooth smoke, not very complex, but nice tasting nontheless, with a slightly woody flavor and more spicy as I smoked it down more. I did have a little bit of an issue for part of it with getting an even burn, but not really a surprise with such a large ring gauge. It seemed to smoke a lot faster than I expected, but maybe that was my imagination, because there are a LOT more pictures than any other cigar. Maybe the time just went fast. And speaking of pictures, after I deleted the ones that I didn't think were good enough, (and I swear I didn't plan this at all!! LOL) I couted and there are exactly 85. I think that's a cool coincidence. About 1/2 of them will be in the adult section. the photos are definitely more graphic than any of the previous ones! Being photographed really does that to me! There are also 2 videos, one that is rated R, but will be in the regular section is a little over 4 minutes, and the other, over 5 minutes long, is for members only.

Cigar Experiment

I thought it would be interesting to see what would happen if I tried to flavor my own cigars just for kicks, so I took 2 of my Rosa Cubas, one with the cellophane off, one with it off and put them in a ziploc bag with some good coffee beans, a couple of broken up cinnamon sticks and a humidifying card. I'm not sure yet how long I'll age them like that, but I'll be sure to post whenever I finally do try them.

Cigar Ash Tattoo

Good morning all,
As promised, I am posting about what I did Sunday night at the Wetspot. the name of the party was Blood Moon and the theme was bloodplay. (YAY Blood! LOL).
what a perfect night to put the cigar ash tattoo on my slave girl that I had been planning.
I had saved the ash from the Saint Luis Rey ISOM that I had smoked earlier in the day just for this purpose.
I sent her to get a drink while I set up my supplies... Several #11 scalpels, alcohol, paper towels and the cup with the cigar ash in it.
Then I put her on a gurney and got to work. I already had the design in mind, so I chose to cut it in freehand, as opposed to drawing it on her first or using a transfer. I cut the design about 1 cm. deep, then applied pressure to slow the bleeding so the blood wouldn't wash the ash out.
Next, I started rubbing the ash into the cutting. Apparently that was QUITE painful at first, even thogh she was already on a bit of an endorphine high. Luckily for her, the endorphines soon kicked into overdrive and she was barely feeling a thing then.
I had to reapply the ash and keep packing in more for a while because the cuts were still bleeding, and I ended up running mostly out of ash, so we went out to the smoking area after she could stand so I could light up another cigar and get some more ash and also take some pictures. Pictures aren't allowed in the building during events usually, which is why I was unable to get pictures of the cutting phase of the tattoo. Don't worry though.. I have plans to do another one on her and get pics of ALL phases next week. After putting more ash into the cutting, I would use heat from teh cigar to cauterize it slightly, so there were layers of ash in there and it would be less likely to bleed the ash out. Lazy Sunday? HARDLY!!

Hello smokers, friends and fans,
Well! Sunday was certainly an eventful day!
I went to the monthly pool party that the Wetspot in Seattle puts on. They hold it out at a place called the Longhouse, which is a simply beautiful spiritual retreat center on 90 acres of wooded land in Redmond, Washington. And when I say spiritual retreat center, make no mistake… This is NOT a mainstream religious place! It's more like a commune or co-op, and the focus is very much on embracing the divine in the here and now.. including our sexuality and sensuality. Anyway, there are a few of us who always enjoy some cigars at the pool party, and this time was no different, EXCEPT for the fact that my friend "CW" had something very special for me.. A Cuban Saint Luis Rey! Sadly, I wasn't able to get any pictures of me smoking it, or any pictures of the other fun that I had there with some very hot girl and guy friends (lets just say that I wasn't just wet from the pool and hot tub, and the cigar isn't the only thing I got to suck on!), but I did take a pic of the band when I got home.
The Saint Luis Rey started out only mediocre and I was thinking that it was going to be a disappointment, but as I smoked it, it got better. By the time it was about halfway down, it was excellent! The last half was nice and strong and the entire thing was pretty smooth. Definitely smoked that one down to a "lip burner" LOL.
I saved most of the ash from it for something that was planned for later on that evening at the blood themed party at the Wetspot, which I will write all about in the next post, after I finish with the pictures from that.
I now have about 3 more picture sets that need to be added and uploaded! I don’t think I'll ever be caught up LOL.. cause every time I upload a set of pics, it makes me want to go take some more! I tell you, that camera really does things to me!
Anyway, I'm off to update the galleries now and will post again when I get done with that.

Busy weekend + picture problems FIXED

Good morning all,
I know I haven't posted in several days, but things have been extremely busy!
This weekend though, along with all the preparing for a friend's wedding that I helped officiate, I discovered a cigar fetish group in my area that meets every month! Massively cool!
So on friday I went and met some really hot cigar men and had some great fun with a female friend of mine who was also there. I wish I had gotten pics, but I was very umm... "distracted" by my luscious friend. As it turns out, all the flirting we had been doing over the years wasn't just idle on her part either! I have wanted her for years! We spent most of the evening liplocked and with our hands and mouths roaming and she got to learn about some fun ways to play with heat and fear with my cigar. LOL.. I even had to relight it a couple of times cause I was so busy with her that I fogot to puff on the cigar. The bar the event is held at is a gay leather bar, so we were 2 out of only a small handfull of women there. Turns out a lot of gay boys like watching chicks get it on too though, cause when she finally had to go home, I had lots of the guys telling me how hot it was! Let me tell you, being told that by GAY men was quite the ego stroke! One of them said I was a "Cigar Daddy" :D
Oh yeah.. I forgot to mention, I was totally crossdressed that night, and "packing", of course. I really need to get some good crossdressed pics of me smoking I guess. I wish I could have gotten pictures, cause I'm sure that many of you would appreciate some good smoking fetish, girl/girl pics! I PROMISE I am working on trying to get some of those taken! Updates Galore & some good news for me!

Good evening friends and fans,
I finally finished getting ALL the latest pictures uploaded to both the main cigar site and the adult and members sections.
I also have added more options for memberships and an easier to navigate donation/wishlist section and made minor adjustments in the gallery layouts to make them more asthetically pleasing.

Heh.. And now as soon as I finish posting this and a couple more posts, I'm going to go and work on a wand I'm making for some friends' wedding and smoke one of the Torcedors I got recently. I really love these cigars! I got one in a sampler some years ago and thought it was GREAT, so I went to get myself a box of them and discovered, much to my dismay, that no one seemed to have even HEARD of them, let alone carried them. After months of searching, I finally found one store who could get them and the owner ( a very nice lady) ordered them and kept them in stock for me.
Unfortunately, shortly after a certain very high ranking official of my country got "elected" (NOT! Try "selected", but that's an entire seperate rant!) and the economy went down the toilet, her shop went the way of thousands of small, local, family owned/operated businesses. At least I only lost my local cigar supply and a nice lounge to share a smoke in. She lost nearly everything.
Anyway, fast forward a couple years to just last month...
I wanted a couple of specific cigars that I couldn't afford an entire box of, so I popped into a nearby smoke shop that I hedn't been in before. Great prices, decent selection, and more than willing to haggle and make deals (another favorite pastime of mine). I got to talking with the proprietor and then thought to ask if they had ever heard of Torcedor cigars. He hadn't, but he pulled out his humungous catalog and looked it up. Not only did he order them for me the very next morning and call me personally when they came in, but he is charging me about half the price that the previous place was for them.
Now I have found a coupleace online that I can get them too, so I am very happy! For those interested, these smokes are nice and medium to full bodied, very satisfying smokes and only about $2 a stick for the Churchill size! I encourage trying one. It isn't that often that you find a smoke that outshines or at least rivals many of the more expensive brands at such a great bargain.

Belinda Prominente

I finally got a chance to try one of the Belinda Prominentes that Mark sent to me. I am definitely happy with those! Woody, aromatic, almost floral, not very strong, but definitely full flavored. I smoked this one right down til it was burning my lips a bit. It was just that good!

I think it's very likely that I'll be wanting to get more of these. And it took a nice long time to smoke, so I had plenty of time to get lots of pictures. I probably won't have time until tomorrow sometime to get them all uploaded to the gallery, but I'll get to it as soon as I can.

Oh yes.. And the very tasty cigar isn't all I had time to enjoy while I was smoking. See... I really enjoy the camera a lot, so I got a bit umm... "distracted" as well ;) A good portion of that was caught on film, including video. Here are a couple of shots to give a slight suggestion of the fun I had this afternoon.

Well, okay, it's not just cigars in the mail that I love. It's good cigars in general LOL.
But I just got a nice package the other day from JR cigars, courtesy of Mark S in Kansas. There were 2 packages in there. One was of the Belinda Prominentes that I have been wanting to try, and the others are Special Jamaican Mayfairs, which I had never even heard of, but I'm always happy to try a new cigar!
I'm hoping very much to get some time to smoke one of the Belindas this evening and get some pics! I already had one of the Jamaicans, but I think they really need some more time in the humidor to be enjoyed properly.
Gotta run in a few minutes to go to work, but I will post again soon.

Hiya folks,
Well, I got my order from JR cigars yesterday... A bundle of JR Alternatives to Por Larrañga. Along with it was included a 5-pack of their alternative to Excalibur Prensados Maduro for free. I wasn't too impressed with the Prensado alternatives I tried that afternoon, but the Por Larrañga alternative that I had later in the evening.... OH YES! It was a nice little slice of heaven! slightly spicy, rich and woody, and smooooth! Like smoking velvet. Very nice for sure! I haven't actually tried a real Por Larrañga before, but after trying the JR alternative to one, I will definitely have to put them on my list to try! I'm hoping that a good long time in my humidor will improve the Prensado alternatives, but even if not, they're still decent, and I can always trade them with some of my other cigar smoking friends if I want to.

A GREAT gift has just arrived!!

Wow! I just found on my doorstep something that the postman left...
A package sent by Steph.
It came from the Martinez cigar company, so I knew it was probably one of the things there that I had mentioned I would like to try. When I opened it though, I found it was not one of those things, but two!!
One is a HUGE Martinez Eighty Five, which is 8 inches long with a ring guage of, which you can guess by the name, 85!!
This is going to take a few hours to smoke for sure!
The other thing is a very nice sampler from Martinez, that I saw on their catalog and liked.
I can't decide which one to smoke first! I want to go smoke one right now, but I'm working and I don't have time even for a small cigar right now. Definitely there will be pics of me smoking that monster cigar as soon as I do smoke it though! And sorry guys, but the "short" for that one is reserved only for Steph, since it is his gift. BUT, you can still enjoy the pics and video that I will make when I smoke it, (though I am afraid that certain pics will be going only to him. That is a privilege for sending me such lovely gifts.)

I found a WONDERFUL new toy!!!

Hello again my smoking (& smoke appreciating) friends!
This Saturday, I was vending at a fetish oriented vendor fair/bazaare (I make some nice canes and things) and I found somehting that one of the other vendors was selling that I jsut HAD to show you all!! It is called the "Humiliator".
What it is, is a gag that has a piece of special metal tubing on it that you can hook attachments onto. There are all KINDS of things to go on it, but the thing that REALLY caught my eye was an ASHTRAY!!! It is just an amazing and wonderful thing!
Here are a couple pictures of it.

Basically, it's a bit gag, (you can see the little rubber bit on the inside that goes between your teeth.. or if you can't, click on the pictures to enlarge them) and then it has an extra piece in the front that the tube thingy is on. Then they sell a whole bunch of attachments for it. Scrub brushes, dildoes, coat hooks, etc.

The ashtray that is on the attachment he sells is just a regular cigarette ashtray, because he couldn't find any lightweight cigar ashtrays, but I
told him how I have very easily and quickly
modified that kind for cigars, so most likely he will be offering an actual specific cigar model very soon!
Here are also two pictures of my pet slave modeling the gag with the ashtray attachment.

I would have loved to be able to actually sit and smoke that cigar (which is related to another great thing that happened that day) using my little slut there with the ashtray, but I had work to do and also, that was only a display model.
Needless to say that item is TOTALLY on my wish list now!! Not something that I can afford, but definitely hoping to get one in the future!

Okay, so the other nice thing that happened on Saturday was that my friend Henry gave me a very nice Montecristo about halfway through the day! Let me tell you, I was chewing and sucking on that thing all afternoon wishing I could smoke it! I finally got to smoke it just a couple hours ago and it was quite nice. I was able to get some pics of me smoking it too, which will be in the gallery probably sometime after I get some sleep. For now though, here are a couple for you.

hello there all you cigar fans :D
I've been very busy working on my story in what spare time I have.. Here is a picture of me doing some writing on that while enjoying a baccarat this afternoon.
I have also put 3 new videos (one is in the adult section) and several new photos up in the gallery!

The story so far

Yes, it's still untitled, but I have a couple ideas now. This time, since I have made little edits, andto preserve continuity, I will just post all of what I have so far. I hope you enjoy!

Jose stood on the step shivering, his formerly nice silk shirt plastered to his chest and back and his tie hanging like a piece of wet paper bag. The next bus would have been cutting it too close, so he had stood at the end of the long, private drive for more than 20 minutes before walking up to the house so that he could ring the bell at precisely 7:30. His best friend had gone to a lot of trouble to set this up for him, including calling in a favor from a coworker, and he didn't want to screw it up. Eric had cautioned him that she expected perfect punctuality from her visitors. He checked his watch and cursed himself again for not bringing a jacket… or at least an umbrella. He still hadn't gotten used to the ever-rapidly changing Northwest weather and now he was hardly presentable. Oh well, nothing to do about that now. At least he could be on time. 7:26; almost time. He pulled out his comb for perhaps the 10th time since getting off the bus and tried to put his unruly curls back into some semblance of order. One last time, he checked the plastic bag in his shirt pocket to make sure it was still sealed, took a deep breath and rang the doorbell.
The resulting chorus of chimes sounding deep within the house belied the modest, almost austere appearance of the house's stone exterior. A moment later, one of the immense double doors was opened a crack by a plump, middle aged woman in a maid's uniform.
"May I help you?", she inquired with a sharp British accent.
"I.. Umm.. I'm here to see Lady M. I have an appointment" Damnit! He felt like a fool for stammering. She was only the hired help for God's sake!
"Why are you here?", demanded the maid.
"I told you; I have an appointment with Lady M.", he retorted, a little irritated. Why didn't she just show him in? Couldn't she see he was wet and cold!?
"You are here to serve the lady, yes?"
"Yes. May…"
"And you received instructions, did you not?"
"Yes. Now may I please..."
"And does this look like a service entrance, hmmm?"

There was a small landing and then a steep flight of stairs leading down to the basement.
"The 'dungeon' huh? Where no one will hear me scream?" He laughed.
She didn't answer him, but waited until he started down the steps and then followed, keys clinking softly. "Right turn", she directed as he reached the bottom. "3rd door on your right; Go right in"
He turned the knob and found himself in a spacious, though sparsely furnished room. The carpet was almost as plush as the upstairs carpeting had been, but was white instead of purple. There was a deep burgundy Victorian love seat, matching chair and footstool with and a marble topped coffee table in the center of the room. Facing the wall to the left of the door was a roll top desk with another chair identical to the one adjacent to the loveseat, and set into the wall on the opposite side, facing the loveseat, was a huge stone and marble fireplace. The carpet stopped, giving way to blue gray flagstone in a half oval shape several feet from the fireplace on which there sat a fireplace tool set and a wood tote half full of logs.
The woman busied herself laying a fire in the fireplace and in only a few minutes, there was a small blaze. "Kindly stand here and dry off", she said, indicating a place on the stones. "Don't want you ruining the carpet".
"Sounds fine to me", he replied, glad for the warmth. Without another word, she turned and left the room, closing the door behind her.
Several minutes went by and he was warmed up and beginning to get a bit bored, so he decided to take a closer look around the room. Directly behind the loveseat, there was a large wooden chest that he hadn't been able to see from his earlier vantage point. Curious, he tried to lift the lid, only to find it locked. "Figures", he muttered to himself and continued his inspection of the room. The top was locked down on the desk as well. Frustrated, he walked back to the loveseat and sat down. From there, he discovered that the coffee table had a small drawer just below the top. He tried it and, to his surprise, it actually opened.
It didn't contain much, but it's contents did hold great promise for the evening; A large crystal cigar ashtray, a box of extra long wooden matches and a small, flat, travel sized humidor that would hold perhaps a dozen decent sized cigars. He was just about to pull the humidor out a bit so he could lift the lid and have a peek when he was startled by the sound of the door latch. He quickly closed the drawer and stood awkwardly.
"Are you finding everything to your liking?" Her voice was melodic and warm, yet with a hint of ice. She stood framed in the doorway, her long red hair matching the fire in her eyes.
"Yeah, pretty much, thanks."
She swept into the room with a casual grace, stopped about 6 inches from where he stood and looked him over appraisingly. After a moment, she gave a curt nod, stepped deftly past him and motioned him to a spot directly across from her on the other side of the coffee table as she settled onto the loveseat. She opened the slim folder she had carried in with her and pulled out a small sheaf of papers, then set them down on top of the folder on the table.
She looked down at the top of the stack for another few seconds and then returned her attention to him. "Jose", she paused. "Do you know why you are here?"
"Well, yes. I'm here to do a session with you."
"Mm hmm. And do you know what that entails?"
"Well, no… I guess not exactly", he said uncertainly.
She leafed through the papers and pulled out 2 of them, beckoning him forward.
"Read these", she said, handing them to him.
While he did so, she took the remaining papers up again and continued to study them, flipping through the pages, periodically going back to read a previous page.
She looked up when he cleared his throat.
"Okay, I understand", he said. I'll sign them.
"Just a moment. Do you fully understand that by signing these, you agree completely to my terms?"
"Yes, yes. My friend already explained this to me, so I know what I'm getting into."
"Do you?"
"Basically, you're the boss. I do what you tell me. You agree not to do any actual damage to me and I can leave when I want, but if I leave before you say to I don't get to come back. Right?"
"That is correct. Also, those documents only cover this session and in no way guarantee any future sessions or contact with me."
"Okay. I can deal with that."
"We'll see." She handed him a pen from inside the folder. After he had signed both copies, she signed her name to them and handed one back to him. "That is yours to keep. Put it in your pocket." She slipped the remaining copy along with the rest of the papers back into the folder and set it to one side on the table. "Now, I am told there was a bit of a misunderstanding when you arrived."
"Yeah. I guess the maid didn't know I was supposed to be here or something."
"No, I'm quite certain she was given precise instructions, as I conveyed them myself. I don't tolerate rudeness, nor do I tolerate having my directions disregarded in my house."
"Oh of course not! I don’t usually tolerate that sort of thing either.
"So, you feel that disciplinary action is in order?"

After a few minutes, there was a quiet knock at the door. "Enter", called the Lady of the house. The maid entered, carrying the latte in a tall glass, which she set on the coffee table, and then stood quietly, waiting.
Mirsanda turned to her employee. "Dooriya, were all my instructions pertaining to this evening delivered properly?"
"Yes Ma'am"
"And were they stated quite clearly?"
"Yes Ma'am, they were"
"Were they simple enough?"
"Yes Ma'am. I believe so Ma'am"
"And were my directions followed?"
"No Ma'am"
"Why not"
"I don't know Ma'am"
"I see… Dooriya, please face my gentleman caller and explain to him how infractions such as this are dealt with for those in my charge"
"Yes Ma'am". She turned to Jose, who was having a very difficult time keeping a smirk off his face. "Sir, M'Lady has instructed me to explain what the punishment usually is for failing to follow her directions."
"I'm listening", he prompted.
"The first offense generally carries 20 strokes of the paddle as a base, with an additional 10 strokes for each individual infraction involved."
"The first infraction is general rudeness", Lady Mirsanda cut in, " Do either of you dispute that?"
"No Ma'am", replied the maid. Jose shook his head.
"Next, my instructions regarding what entrance would be used by my visitor this evening were obviously ignored. Is that correct"
"I would say so!" Jose said indignantly.
"Yes Ma'am" said the maid, lowering her eyes.
"And, lastly, there would be the display of attitude in the foyer"

"So, are we in agreement there as well?", Mirsanda inquired.
"Yep. I'm afraid so", answered Jose.
"Yes Ma'am," came the reply yet again from the woman beside him. God! What a suck up! Her attitude sure was different now! Though it didn't sound like it was going to save her ass from a beating, he thought gleefully.
"That is the base plus 3 separate infractions, for a total of 50 strokes of the paddle."

"Fetch the paddle", Mirsanda ordered the maid.

"I see. Where is the sheet?"

She nodded to Dooriya, who retrieved the slacks from their place on the floor and emptied the pockets onto the coffee table. Mirsanda fished a crumpled, rain-spotted sheet of paper from the pile. "Is this it?"
"Yes", he acknowledged.
She carefully unfolded the paper and smoothed it out on the table in front of her, then picked up her latte, leaned back and drank half of it before speaking again.
"Obviously", she said, breaking the silence, "you read the portion containing instruction to arrive via bus and how to do so." She paused to take another sip of her drink. "you also apparently read enough to know what time to be here, or else that was a very lucky coincidence for you."
He hung his head.
"There is something you would like to tell me?"
"My friend warned me to be right on time or I would be sent away", he said, barely above a whisper. It had begun to dawn on him that he may have blown his chance already.
"I see. Did you, in fact, read anything past the directions to get here and what time you should arrive?"
"I skimmed through it", he admitted.
"I see", she said again. "Perhaps you would like to read it thoroughly at this time." She slid from one end of the loveseat to the end he was bent over and held the sheet of paper in front of his face. "Begin", she snapped.
He started to read to himself.
"Aloud!" she barked, and he jumped.
"You may not drive or be driven, by taxi or otherwise…", be began
"No, skip past how to get here and start with the session time"
He skipped forward and started again. "Your session will begin promptly at 7:30 in the evening, at which time you will ring the bell and wait to be summoned inside. To assist you in remembering your place for the duration of this and any further sessions, you will arrive and leave by way of the service entrance, which is located on the east side of the house near the rear..." His voice began to waver and he flushed in disgrace, realizing his error, and how he must have come off. "…You will be met at the door by a member of my staff and given further instructions at that time. He continued; "At no time will you address any of my staff, houseguests, or myself by first name. You will address all guests and members of my household as 'Sir' or 'Ma'am' and/or by surname with the appropriate title. You will address me as 'Ma'am' or 'Lady M' until you have earned the privilege to address me as 'Mistress'." He gulped. He had really screwed the pooch, it seemed!
"Continue", she commanded.
He read the last paragraph. "Failure to observe any of these guidelines, or any additional instructions you are given will be cause for corrective action or dismissal. If you have any questions pertaining to these instructions or expected conduct, you will write them legibly and deliver them to your staff escort upon arriving."
She placed the page back on the table and looked at him silently.

"Do you have anything to say?"
"I'm sorry", he said ruefully. "I…don’t know what else to say".
"That will do for the moment" She rose swiftly and moved to stand behind him. "You will count each stroke. If you don't count it, it doesn't count. If you lose count or count incorrectly, we start over. Is that understood?"

He felt like he was at the edge of an abyss, and he knew that if he took one step forward, he would fall and be lost. But hadn't he really been lost all his life? What was there to lose? In his mind, he took that step.
"Yes Ma'am. I understand", he replied, and turned around and bent over the arm of the couch again. "Please Lady M, give me another chance! I beg of you!" He didn't believe those words were coming out of his mouth.

"That's okay", I understand, he said sympathetically. He wondered how many brownie points he was racking up. This was going to be quite an evening!
She reached under the drawer in the table and pressed a button. Not even a second later, the other woman's voice came through a small speaker nearby.
"Yes Ma'am?"
"Dooriya, please report to me now. And bring me in an iced mocha mint latte when you do."
"Yes Ma'am. Right away Ma'am", came the reply.
"Should I step out of the room for a couple minutes?" Jose asked, knowing that she had already planned on his being there.
"Oh no. Your presence is quite required. Please stay right where you are."
"You’re the boss", he grinned.

I decided to go and spend a few hours in one of my favorite places last night (Well, really it was early this morning) with a buddy of mine. We brought a couple stoagies with us, of course, and managed to remember to get a handful of pics too. Here are a few of them for you. We also got some more

Hey there folks.
Just thought I'd post the beginning of a new cigar story I'm working on. Hope you all like it and look forward to more!

Jose stood on the step shivering, his formerly nice silk shirt plastered to his chest and back and his tie hanging like a piece of wet paper bag. The next bus would have been cutting it too close, so he had stood at the end of the long, private drive for more than 20 minutes before walking up to the house so that he could ring the bell at precisely 7:30. His best friend had gone to a lot of trouble to set this up for him, including calling in a favor from a coworker, and he didn't want to screw it up. Eric had cautioned him that she expected perfect punctuality from her visitors. He checked his watch and cursed himself again for not bringing a jacket… or at least an umbrella. He still hadn't gotten used to the ever-rapidly changing Northwest weather and now he was hardly presentable. Oh well, nothing to do about that now. At least he could be on time. 7:26; almost time. He pulled out his comb for perhaps the 10th time since getting off the bus and tried to put his unruly curls back into some semblance of order. One last time, he checked the plastic Ziploc in his shirt pocket to make sure it was still sealed, took a deep breath and rang the doorbell.
The resulting chorus of chimes sounding deep within the house belied the modest, almost austere appearance of the house's exterior. A moment later, the door was opened a crack by a plump, middle aged woman in a maid's uniform.
"May I help you?", she inquired in a sharp British accent.
"I.. Umm.. I'm here to see Lady M. I have an appointment" Damnit! He felt like a fool for stammering. She was only the hired help for God's sake!
"Why are you here?", demanded the maid.
"I told you; I have an appointment with Lady M.", he retorted, a little irritated. Why didn't she just show him in? Couldn't she see he was wet and cold!?
"You are here to serve the lady, yes?"
"Yes. May…"
"And you received instructions, did you not?"
"Yes. Now may I please.."
"And does this look like a service entrance, hmmm?"
"Look!", Jose exclaimed, jamming a clenched fist into his pocket and trying to control his annoyance, "I've been standing out in the rain for 20 minutes. I'm wet. I'm cold and I didn't come here to be cross examined by a servant!"
The woman's face turned stony and her lips closed in a thin line.
"One moment sir. I'll check with the Lady." She said tersely and closed the door almost silently.
"Thank you!" 'Now that's more like it', he thought with some satisfaction. He didn't even mind so much that he was STILL standing outside.
Within a minute, the door opened again, wider this time.
"I'm so sorry to keep you waiting sir. Please, do come in."
"That's Much better. Maybe I won't have to speak to your employer after all." He smiled to himself, wondering if the maid was subject to "discipline". He almost laughed aloud imagining Madam Proper Maid turned over the Boss' knee being paddled for her rudeness. That would teach her how to treat a guest!
"She has already been informed sir, and I assure you that the Mistress will deal with it."
Ahh. So she WAS going to get a paddling! "I'd like to see that", he said jokingly.
"Yes sir. Lady M Has already informed me that you will be a part of the discipline."
"Excellent!" He wondered if it would be before, after or while the "Mistress" "Made" him fuck her. He was so looking forward to this! His cock was already starting to swell in his trousers.

Good morning to all you wonderfull cigar friends! Great news! I have been up all night working hard on my cigar website. It is no longer just a gallery, but a full site in the making with links to the gallery, cigar erotica and to here. I think the graphics for the buttons and stuff are great and I hope you will think so too!
I have added all the cigar photos from my camping trip/Skagit Valley Highland Games and Celtic Festival.
I also tried each of the German and French cigarettes I told you about in the last post. Wow! they are so much stronger than American cigarettes!How amazing! And yes, of course I took some pictures with the cigarettes. They are not as good as some, because I had to do it all myself while holding the camera, but I think I didn't do too badly. Why don't I put some of the new pics here? Well, because I want you to go see the site! Even more exciting is I discovered that the domain I REALLY wanted was available! Sooo... And, for that matter, I wonder why I have only heard from one of my cigar friends on my blogger! I do love the emails and IMs from you all, definitely, but I think it will be great fun to get some discussion going on here. Who knows? Maybe you will make some great new cigar friends!
Anyway, I'm going to go to bed and get some sleep... Will I have sweet smokey dreams? LOL.

X-Mass In July!

Or at least it seemed like it! LOL. Today when I got up, I found a package for me from Steph, containing a very nice letter and 3 packages of exotic (to me anyway) cigarettes.
Two of the brands are from Germany and one is from France. The German ones are Roth-Händle and Reval and the French ones are called Gitanes. I have already opened up the boxes and savored the aroma of these sweet and strong tobaccos and I am going to probably pick one of them to try tomorrow morning. I am really looking forward to trying these out. I only smoke cigarettes once in a while, and then it is Drum that I hand roll, but these do smell very nice and I think they will be a treat.

The second thing I recieved today is something VERY special!! It was a gift from a very good friend of mine, who I will call CW since I don't want him to get in trouble LOL. Just look at the pictures to see how special a gift this is!!

Yes, this is the REAL DEAL!
It is exactly what it saysit is!
It sat out for long enough to get somewhat dry, so I have to wait while it stays in my humidor for some time before I can smoke it. I am so impatient, but this is too rare a treat to waste by smoking it in less than perfect condition. I am SOO excited!!
For certain this will be a very special "short" for the one who will get it. Maybe I will have to have a little auction for it? LOL. I also got some information from my friend on how I might find some more of these beautiful smokes from the "forbidden land". Why is it forbidden? Because the USA government has said so. Because they don't like Fidel Castro. Go figure!
So, anyway, though the cigar I actually got to smoke today wasn't the best I have had, I did recieve some very wonderful gifts today, for which I am happy and grateful. I also bought an Onyx Reserve and a couple of Baccarats this afternoon, which I will be posting ratings on at some point. I already know that I like both of those, but I haven't written a rating for them yet, so this is a good place for it.

Cigar Rating J.L. SALAZAR Y HERMANOS RESERVA ESPECIAL - TORPEDO

Earlier tonight I tried out a new cigar. A J.L. Salazar Torpedo (6¼ X 54).
This stoagie is made in Nicaragua by the Salazar family, who originally made their cigars in Cuba.

The appearance was very pleasingly uniform with a dark brown, nicely veined wrapper.

I found it a little bit harsh at first, with a very strong tangy taste to it, but most of the harshness went away by mid-smoke, giving way to a smooth, woodsy flavor with just a hint of the tangy essence. Not a very complex stick and, while not really a disappointment, not something I'd rave about either. Probably a good smoke for those who prefer a more straightforward cigar.

It burned pretty evenly and produced a solid column of white ash and lots of thick, creamy smoke.

These have been very highly rated as being "full-bodied with well balanced sweet floral flavors and hints of mild spices, cocoa and coffee", but luckily, I didn't read the ratings until after I had smoked it myself, so I wasn't let down.
I may buy another one and let it sit in the humidor and age for several months and see if it is better, since it does have such good ratings, and it is a good price at about $6.00 each.

Cojimar Sambucas are so yummy!

I just found out exactly what kind the Cojimar sugar tip I had on my trip was. I wrote to the company describing the cigar and the band and they got back to me very quickly! It was a Sambuca small torpedo size (5.5” x 46). I WISH they had them in the Torpedo, which is 6.0” x 50, but all they have now is smaller ones. Even so, I would love to have some more of those, so they are officially added to my wish list!
Here is what their website has to say about this cigar and I couldn't agree more!

Considering I don't normally like flavored cigars at all, saying how good they are is a very high recommendation from me!

I have a cigar wishlist now!

Well, okay, I actually have already HAD a "wish list" in my head for a long time, but I mean I made one on the JR cigar site, which is where I buy most of my cigars from. click the title of the post to see the list.
And yes, this is a shameless ploy to entice you into sending me cigars! LOL.
I will say though, if anyone DOES gift me some cigars, I will be sure to take some very nice pictures with them to send right to you (as in some that won't be on the gallery!)! Along with a big thank you on this page and anything else I can think of to show my appreciation.
Here is a chance for those of you who have said you wish you could send me cigars but you don't know what I would like to make sure you can pick something I will love for sure! There are so many great cigars that I would love to smoke for you if I had them. I keep trying to think of ways to get money for my cigar fund, but I didn't think of just putting up a wish list for the smokes themselves! Silly me! And if nothing else, the list gives a hint of what sort of cigars I like for those who wish to know.

What I did this weekend

I just got back early Tuesday morning from a camping trip. I went to the Scottish Highland Games and Caltic Festival in Mt. Vernon, Washington. It's one of a couple of the games I try to get to every year as a way to honor part of my heritage. I can STILL hear all the bagpipes!
I had time to smoke 5 tasty cigars during the weekend. I smoked a Cojimar sugar tip, about 5" Torpedo before breakfast with my morning coffee Saturday morning. It had been in my humidor for about 3 years, actually, cause I don't usually go for any kind of flavored cigars and was suspicious of it, but it was actually really good. So good, in fact, that I think I'll get more of them. Then, later that afternoon, I had a Rosa Cuba, robusto. That one was for some reason even better then the rest out of that box.. Maybe because it was in my better humidor for so long, but I just couldn't put it down even when I got to a little stub! See...

I ended up smoking it down to about 1" LOL!
Anyway, I had another Rosa Cuba after Dinner saturday night before bed.

Sunday morning I decided to go ahead and smoke the other flavored one I had (it came in a sampler a few years ago) and it was pretty decent. The flavor was vanilla coconut. I'm not about to run out and buy any of them, but I'd gladly smoke another one if it were given to me (after letting it sit in the humidor for a year or more I guess).

Sunday late afternoon I lit up a JR alternative to La Gloria Cubana, Churchill size. Such an EXCELLENT cigar and the one I had been saving as a treat, since I am almost out of my bigger cigars :( .

I'll be getting the rest of the pics and the little video from my trip up in my gallery just as soon as I can, but for now I hope you all enjoy these!

When I smoke my cigars, sometimes I don't have time to smoke them all the way down, or since I can be so picky, I stop when they don't taste as perfect to me anymore. Soo, that means that I have various "shorts" or leftovers. I wonder how many of you would be interested in having those when my lips are finished with them. It will be almost like sharing a cigar with me!
